The Board
Two kinds of thing are listed here, and the prefix tells you which.

| Project | a corporation's own code — AHC-, NVG-, TMI- | A corporation's internal work. Nobody is hiring. It is here because it is known, and how it came to be known is not the board's business |
A project cannot be taken. That is the difference that matters. A contract is an invitation; a project is a thing already happening that a crew can get in front of, get hired against, or simply walk into.
Statuses
Contracts

| 🟢 open | Anyone can take it, and taking it does not remove it. The client pays whoever delivers, so another crew may already be working the same job |
| 🟠 exclusive | Claimed. Taking it locks it — the client has guaranteed the work to one crew, and nobody else is coming |
| ⚫ closed | Off the board |
Projects

An open contract is a race. The board does not say who else is on it, and a client with a deadline has every reason to post widely and let the crews sort it out. Exclusive costs the client more, and buys the quiet.
Neither kind says why it closed. Delivered, withdrawn, finished, cancelled, buried — the board records only that it went quiet. That is the board working as intended.
